Shipping Policy

We want your order to reach you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation. You will receive a WhatsApp message once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping (India)

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days across India. Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. A flat rate of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery takes 10–14 business days. Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and communicated via WhatsApp before dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

We'll send your tracking details on WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched. You can use the tracking number on the courier's website to monitor your delivery.

Delays

During festivals and peak seasons, please allow an extra 2–3 business days for delivery. We always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.
