How do I place an order?

We accept returns within 7 days for unused, undamaged products. Candles that have been lit are not eligible for return.

Are your candles safe around pets?

Our candles use fragrance oils and essential oils. We recommend burning in well-ventilated areas. Keep candles away from pets and never leave unattended.

What wax do you use?

We use a premium coconut-soy wax blend. It's clean-burning, sustainable, and gives a superior scent throw compared to paraffin.

How long do the candles last?

Our signature 300g candles burn for 50–60 hours. Aromatherapy 250g candles burn for 45–50 hours. Tealights burn 6 hours each.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! All orders can include luxury gift wrapping and a handwritten note at no extra charge. Just mention it in your WhatsApp message.
